The Deacons provide assistance to the Pastor and Pastoral Staff, especially in the areas of charity, unification of the flock, administering the Holy Communion, teaching, church business, overseeing the treasury of the church and any church related services to the Glory of God.
Sis. Paulette Gross
President of the Deaconess
The Deaconess operate in the same capacity as the Deacons, however, they also assist in the administration of the church, preparation of the Holy Sacrament, edification and training of the women of the church, old and young alike, and work especially in the areas of outreach.
Sis. Evelyn Johnson
President of the Usher Board
The Ushers maintain order, security, decency and preserve the atmosphere of praise and worship service by greeting, seating and providing accommodating services for all who enter the House of God. Ushers are whole-hearted servants who anticipate any needs of the congregation as to reduce movement and disruption during service, so that the Word of God is heard.

The Mission is a ministry geared to go out and serve, teach, spread the gospel and pray with the sick and sheltered in, the impoverished and those who aren't able to make it to the House of Prayer.

The Bereavement committee is committed to assisting, comforting and encouraging those in times of grief and bridging the gap between the church and the family of the departed.
Deacon Ralph Gage
President of the Brotherhood
The Brotherhood is a meeting dedicated to the edification and fellowship of men. Once a week, the men of Little Flock come together to discuss issues of the heart, pray with and for each other, train each other in church etiquette and enjoy each other's company in the Spirit of God. All men, members and non-members, are welcomed.
Youth Department

President of the Youth Department
The Youth Department is a vibrant group dedicated to the edification, training and ministry to and with the cooperation of the children and youth of the church. Our children are an intricate part of our fellowship and the future of God's Kingdom at Little Flock.
First Lady Carroll McCarter
Founder of Sister to Sister
Sister to Sister is a youth group within the youth department dedicated to the up-building of confidence, self esteem and motivation of young ladies. This group is open to young ladies ages 5-18 and will prepare and nurture them through their life, faith and personal development.
Sis. Denise Harris
Supervisor of the Brown Angels
The Brown Angels are a group of young ladies that minister the Gospel and set the atmosphere of worship through liturgical and spiritual dance. The Brown Angels also go out into the community to share the Spirit of God in prayer and fellowship. Ages 4-19 welcomed.
Pastor Dave McCarter
Supervisor of the Brother's Mime
The Brother's Mime praise and worship group are young men who spiritually and artistically combine the Gospel with the art of miming to express praise, spiritual attitudes and worship while ushering in the Spirit of God. Ages 4-18 are invited to join.

President of the Junior Ushers
The Junior Ushers are youth of the fellowship who operate in the same capacity as Senior Ushers. The Junior Ushers train side by side with the Senior Ushers and are faithful to their duties as helpers, door-keepers and assistants to the congregation.
